Richard (Rick) Stockell has more than 30 years of healthcare IT experience ranging from product architecture and systems development to project management and all aspects of nurturing a growing healthcare IT concern. Rick served as president of Stockell Healthcare Systems from the company's formation in 1997, guiding the company through some of the most dramatic changes healthcare IT has experienced. Rick’s understanding of emerging technology and his sense of strategic competitive advantage in healthcare were instrumental in positioning Stockell to take advantage of these powerful changes. In October 2017, he led Stockell through a merger with Medsphere, which added full RCM functionality to Medsphere's CareVue platform. Rick earned his bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Missouri in St. Louis.
